Contact Centre Intermediate Apprenticeship at Weston College

Course description

This apprenticeship is suitable if you are working in a role such as Trainee Agent, Contact Centre Agent, Help Desk Operative, Sales Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Outbound Sales Agent, Inbound Sales Agent, Outbound Customer Service Agent, Inbound Customer Service Agent, Telephone Banking Advisor and Telesales Operator.

You will cover a number of units which could include: work in a business environment, manage own performance in a business environment, produce documents in a business environment and make and receive telephone calls.

Entry requirements

In order to do an intermediate apprenticeship you must have an employer to support you. We have a number of vacancies available every week and are able to help you find an employer though our free recruitment service.

Assessment

We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications.
