Construction Level 2 at The King Edmund School

Course description

In this one year course the intention is to teach you the theory of construction and
develop your independent learning skills. All learning is applied to the world of work
where students progress through a series of topic areas. Four units will be practical
in nature and the outcomes, along with written notes, will provide the evidence of
learning. It is essential that you show rapid progression from one unit to the next
since each unit builds upon the last. You will gain experience of carpentary, joinery,
decorating, plumbing and bricklaying.
