It is suitable for all age groups and for those thinking of entering employment for the first time. the qualification gives the foundation to progress in a range of different roles, which involve customer contact.
GCSE Grade D or above in Maths and English, or equivalent, successful interview and completion of initial assessments.
Assessment is continuous, with candidates undertaking practical work and producing written evidence to meet the requirements of the Certificate. Candidates will produce a portfolio which will be internally and externally verified.Examining/Validating Body - City and Guilds
What can I do next?Successful candidates can progress on to Level 3 Customer Service or Level 3 Leisure Management.The qualification will support their progression in the customer service environment.
