Sport (Exercise and Fitness) Certificate at Great Yarmouth College

Course description

Suitable for those who want to work in active leisure or to pursue careers in the public services. It has a practical emphasis whilst developing organisational and leadership skills required for employment in outdoor and active pursuits as well as careers in public services. Both options will allow you to continue to develop Maths and/or English if required and also gain an award in Sports Leadership or Stewarding.

Entry requirements

You need to have completed the Aspire to Sport, Fitness and Active Leisure course or have at least 4 GCSEs at Grade D or above including Maths & English

Future opportunities

You can progress to the BTEC 90 Credit Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science course or to an Apprenticeship
