Customer Service for the Automotive Industry IMI Certificate Level 2 at South & City College Birmingham
This IMI Level 2 qualification in Customer Service is a learning programme which offers individuals working in the retail automotive industry the opportunity to develop, improve and gain recognition in customer service.
Grades A - C in English and maths are preferred but not essential as learners can continue with these subjects alongside the main vocational qualification. Candidates must demonstrate an enthusiasm for the automotive industry with a career path in a customer facing role.
