Course description

This Apprenticeship is ideal for developing skills and knowledge whilst working within the hospitality and catering sector and in particular within a professional kitchen. This qualification offers the unique opportunity to earn while you learn. Hospitality and catering offers many different career paths and there are numerous types of kitchen you can work in from Michelin star kitchens to cruise liners.

Entry requirements

As an Apprenticeship is a job they each have different entry requirements. To be able to apply for an Apprenticeship you must be ready to start work immediately. This means if you are still in Year 11 you must wait until you have completed school before applying as all vacancies are for immediate starts - just like a real job vacancy.
