During the course, you will learn the skills to produce a business plan and manage a company using effective strategies. You will study how to meet the needs of customers using marketing plans and strategies. In this course, students evaluate how every
decision has financial implications, and you will be taught how to calculate, costs, revenue and profits using cash flows and balance sheets.
