Diploma in Hospitality and Catering Level 2 at Jarvis Training Management Limited

Course description

This course is specifically designed for people working in the hospitality and catering industry who wish to gain a nationally recognised qualification in this area. This includes working in hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars etc.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, but you will need to attend an interview and undertake intial assessments in English and maths.

Assessment

You will be assigned an assessor at the beginning of your course, who will assess you in the workplace and provide guidance and support throughout your training.

You will be using an electronic portfolio in order to keep in contact with assessors, be set targets and also gather your evidence/work.

External examinations are included in the Technical Certificate.

After completing the course you can progress onto Level 3.
