Diploma in Customer Services Level 3 at Jarvis Training Management Limited

Course description

This course is ideal for anyone working in an environment where communication and interaction with people is vital on a daily basis.

E.g. reception/office work or retail. It will enable the candidate to gain a nationally recognised qualification in Customer Services and build on their existing competencies.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements to apply for this qualification, but you will be required to attend an interview and undertake an initial assessment in English and Maths.


Each learner will be assigned an assessor who will provide guidance and support to them, throughout the training.

Assessment is carried out in the workplace and you will use an electronic portfolio system to gather evidence and receive feedback and targets from your assessor throughout your course.
