Site Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship Level 2 at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College
If you have an eye for detail and love practical, hands-on work then this Apprenticeship is for you. The Construction sector as a whole is facing a skills shortage, meaning there will be plenty of jobs available for those skilled in their trade!
Examples of units you may cover include: -Health and safety -Moving, handling and the storage of materials -Productive working practices -First fix, second fix and structural carcassing
To progress onto a Level 2 Apprenticeship you will need up to five GCSEs grade D-G, including a grade D in English and Maths*.
In order to start an Apprenticeship, you will need to be employed or find an employer who is recruiting an Apprentice.

Level 2 Diploma
Attendance is usually one day per week at college and four days per week in the work place. This will be confirmed with your employer.
