Level 3 Public Service Operational Delivery Officer Advanced Apprenticeship at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College

Course description

A career in operational delivery is varied and involves working on the front line in different public-facing environments. You will be dealing with different types of customers and delivering a range of public services. Operational Delivery Officer roles include bringing data and evidence together, and making sure it is correct. You may also be considering applications, analysing information and making decisions.

Entry requirements

To progress onto a Level 3 Apprenticeship you will need to hold one of the following*:

-          an Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship

-          an alternative Level 2 qualification in a related subject area

-          practical work experience in the related industry

-          Up to five GCSEs grade A*-C – including English and Maths

In order to start an Apprenticeship, you will need to be employed or find an employer who is recruiting an Apprentice.
