Level 2 Property Maintenance Intermediate Apprenticeship at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College

Course description

The primary role of a Property Maintenance Operative is to optimise property condition and quality and to ensure the building is kept in a safe working condition. As part of this Apprenticeship you will gain an understanding of the mechanism of buildings including electrical, plumbing, plant, safety systems and equipment. You will provide first and immediate response to fault finding and will ensure prevention of major damage that could result in extensive costs.

Entry requirements

To progress onto a Level 2 Apprenticeship you will need up to five GCSEs grade D-G, including a grade D in English and Maths*.

In order to start an Apprenticeship, you will need to be employed or find an employer who is recruiting an Apprentice.
