Sport BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate at Carre's Grammar School

Course description

BTEC Nationals are widely recognised by industry and higher education. They provide progression to the workplace either directly or via study at university. The BTEC Sport is a course allowing those with an interest in sport and exercise to really specialise in the area. It will give you the right skills to go to university or seek employment in the industry. These qualifications are developed in close collaboration with experts from professional bodies, businesses and universities. BTEC Sports courses embody a flexible, unit-based structure and focus on the development of the practical, interpersonal and thinking skills required to succeed in higher education and employment in the sports sector. The BTEC National in Sport will allow you to study in a practical or applied way and help you develop the knowledge and skills desired by employers and universities. There will be a mixture of traditional lessons, workshops, independent research, and practical.
