Course description

This course is a chance to explore Musical Theatre through the in depth study of Drama, Music and Dance. You will be taught by subject specialists and will get the chance to learn about how the professional industry operates.

Course content

UNIT 1: Learners investigate the work of performing arts practitioners and develop critical analysis skills and contextual understanding of how practitioners communicate themes in their work.

UNIT 2: Learners explore technical performance skills with a focus on developing and demonstrating skills and techniques in at least two performance styles within a selected discipline.
