The course will further develop your time management skills, personal self development, information supply and research, information technology, the design of business documents and developing and maintaining office procedures.This qualification teaches advanced and essential skills to provide continued high level administration services in many types and sizes of businesses acquiring a broad range of transferable skills to work efficiently and to help increase business productivity effectively utilising their administration skills, customer-handling skills, technical and practical skills, oral communication skills and ICT skills.

Entry requirements

Initial assessment and diagnostic testing on maths and English will take place prior to commencement of apprenticeship.
