Administration Level 1 at Peterborough Regional College
This course is for students who want to experience more than one vocational area, where they have not yet decided on a specific sector to follow. This course will develop knowledge, understanding and skills of different business and administration areas to support progress to higher level qualifications or employment in a specific sector.
Modules covered include: •Working in business and administration •Using office equipment in a business environment •Understanding the business of marketing, operations and human resources •Understanding customer service in today's business world •Contribute to running an event •Recording income and expenditure
You will need GCSE grade E–G/1–2 or equivalent, including English and maths.
All modules are assessed by written assessments or observations on practical tasks or by online exams.
After completing this course you can progress on to an Apprenticeship, Business Level 2, Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Diploma in Accounting and Business Level 2.
You will be required to attend a Welcome Event – details will be provided upon application. If you have other qualifications and/or relevant work experience, you will be fully considered to study for the course.
