Course description

This is a vocational qualification designed to prepare you for a career in the performing arts. All units are studied in a practical, workshop environment and assessment is based on performance work. Students are expected to keep comprehensive records to support their practical work.

Assessment

Coursework:

The Edexcel BTEC Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Performing Arts (Acting) consists of four mandatory units plus eight optional units.

Examinations:

There are no examinations in this subject; formal assessments are made by the course leader at the end of each unit.
