Catering & Hospitality Food Production and Cookery Level 2 Apprenticeship at Wigan & Leigh College
This Apprenticeship programme is for learners who are employed and interested in gaining a qualification within the highly challenging industry of catering and hospitality.
The course has four part: Part 1 A food production and cook qualification, Part 2 A technical certificate, Part 3 A food safety certificate (if required) and Part 4 Employee rights and responsibility at work.
Good general education and employment within the industry.
Through continual practical assessment and on-line tests.

Learners successfully completing this qualification may progress to a Professional Cookery Level 3 full-time course or Apprenticeship programme.
