Customer and Communications
The methods used by business to communicate, different types of information and how it can be processed and presented effectively. The control of information and its appropriate delivery and use.
Optional units could include:
The recording and management of money, being able to make decisions about business performance from financial data.
The importance of integral business decisions when trying to make a Business or a department within a Business successful.
Introduction to Human Resource Management
Analysis of the integral way in which Businesses manage people and how they are an important resource if managed correctly.
Grade 5 in English and Maths
The production of a portfolio of evidence and coursework assignments for each unit. There is also a compulsory examined unit.
