Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision & Leadership at Henley College Coventry
This course is designed as a progression from a Level 2 Food and Drink qualification or substantial industry experience
You will be studying :
- Silver service
- Plated service
- Flambé work
- Restaurant supervision
- Bar supervision
- Nationally recognised Functional Skills qualifications.
You will visit establishments in the industry and receive talks from guest speakers, as well as have opportunities to enter competitions. In addition, you will also be expected to undertake part-time work experience within the Catering industry.
The qualification will be assessed by a variety of methods, including practical assessments and assignments.
On completion of this course, you can consider progression to Higher Education, or seek employment as a Restaurant Supervisor or Junior Food and Beverage Manager.
