Course description

If you are great with people, then customer service could be the career pathway for you. Customer service positions are available in nearly every sector such as retail, financial services, hospitality, sport and recreation.

What will you do?

A customer service apprentice may be required to:

  • Offer advice
  • Answer questions
  • Handle complaints
  • Ensure that all customers have a positive experience

 Level 2 in Customer Service.

Financial information

You will be paid a salary whilst completing your apprenticeship. Any training costs will be paid with government funding and/or by your employer.
