There are no strict entry requirements but in some cases it may be advisable to have GCSEs at C grade (English, Maths and Science) before starting the Access course.
Students will be asked to submit assignments for each subject unit, and to complete coursework in the core units. Assignments may take the form of essays, reports, textual analysis, seminar presentations and examinations. All students submit a research project which forms a major part of the overall assessment.
This course can provide a pathway to higher education programmes.
