Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship at Bradford College
Apprenticeships give you the opportunity to learn and train in your chosen career as well as earning a regular pay packet. You will be given first-hand experience and learn the majority of the skills needed on the job, whilst also completing off-the-job training.
This apprenticeship is ideal for those interested in becoming a multiskilled tradesperson. You will learn skills required for a variety of construction disciplines including brickwork, joinery, painting and decorating and plastering.
- Carrying out property refurbishments
- Hanging doors
- Carrying out minor ground works such as bricklaying
- Carrying out small aspects of plumbing works such as fixing small leaks and taps.
You will be required to study on a day release basis.
GCSE English and Mathematics at a minimum of Grade C/4 or Entry 3 on the Literacy and Numeracy BKSB.
