Diploma in Food Production and Cooking Level 2 at Jarvis Training Management Limited

Course description

This qualification is for anyone who works in a food production/cooking setting. During this Level 2 course, you will learn essential skills in areas such as; team work, food safety, food storage and hygiene standards.

Entry requirements

You must have at least Entry level 3 in Maths and English.

Assessment

You will be assigned an assessor at the beginning of your course, who will assess you in the workplace and provide guidance throughout your training.

You will use an electronic portfolio in order to keep in contact with assessors, be set targets and also gather your evidence/work.

Your assessor will provide feedback to your submissions and will meet regularly with you to offer support.
