Course description

The Subsidiary Diploma provides an opportunity for students to develop research, graphics design, programming and Computing skills.

The BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma is a technical, work-related course designed for those wishing to learn how to be professionals in the computing and IT industries. You will learn by completing projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. As well as learning about the employment area you have chosen, you will develop the skills you need to start a career.


Entry requirements

4 GCSE grades of grade C or higher.

Future opportunities

These qualifications in IT are recognised for the purpose of application to College and University courses.
