What will I be studying?

Graphic Products with materials technology is a creative A Level all about communicating ideas and information through graphic imagery. This course combines research, investigation, design and making methods with an understanding of historical and contemporary contexts, media skills and experimentation.

Where can it take me?

A Level Graphics with materials technology is useful for anyone wishing to pursue a career as a graphic designer, typography designer, web designer, packaging designer, product designer, illustrator, architect, teacher, CAD/CAM operator, corporate literature designer, interior designer, civil engineer or landscape designer. The A Level can lead into a BTEC National Diploma, Foundation in Art and a degree in design. It also links well with careers in business, marketing and advertising.

Entry requirements

At least 4 C grades at GCSE (or equivalent) in at least 3 different subjects.
