Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3) at Heathercroft Training

Course description

The Level 3 Apprenticeship will  give you detailed knowledge and the necessary skills to work independently and possibly to supervise and train others.

You will be expected to know and understand both the practical and theoretical aspects of the work. 

Course content

Knowledge based units

A Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service. You will need to complete core and optional units to the value of 58 credits

A Technical Certificate

A Technical Certificate at level 3

Key Skills or Functional Skills

Key Skills at level 2

Employment responsibilities and rights

If not completed at Level 2

Future opportunities

An Advanced Apprenticeship qualification can  lead to an HNC, HND or Degree-level qualifications.
