Course description
Chichester High Schools Sixth Form offers the opportunityfor students who have completed BronzeAward to moveon to Silver. It also offers a fast track SilverAward for thosestudents who have not completed the BronzeAward.
You achieve your Award by completing a personalprogramme of activities in four sections: Volunteering,Physical, Skills and Expedition.
You will find yourself helping people or the community,getting fitter, developing skills and going on an expedition.
The best bit is – you get to choose what you do! Yourprogramme can be full of activities and projects that get youbuzzing and along the way you will pick up experiences, friendsand talents that will stay with you for the rest of your life
Course content
What does it involve ?
•If you have already completed Bronze, you can choosethe same activity for Silver, but you need to showdevelopment in it. It’s best to try something new!
•If you choose to do Silver fast track you will have to do anextra 6 months volunteering or doing whichever of thePhysical or Skills sections you have spent more time on.
•It will take you at least 6 months for Silver if you havealready achieved your Bronze,or 12 months if you arecompleting the Silver fast track.
