Would you like to learn about web design, creative media and graphics in a practical, 'hands-on' way?
The course will give you a good introduction to these new-media industries. You will learn how to design, create and test your own original products using up-to-date equipment and software.
This programme helps you to obtain the necessary skills, knowledge and qualifications to improve your prospects for further study or employment.
The programme is taught in a supportive atmosphere and you will learn through a mix of theory and practical work including:
- Practical sessions

You will also have a personal tutor and be able to access the Learning Centre and Learner Services throughout the duration of the programme.

- At the start of the course, you will take a Basic Skills Assessment and must commit to developing these skills if necessary.
All places are subject to satisfactory interview.
The programme is assessed through practical, controlled assessments and there are no formal exams. At the end of each of the four units you will complete a controlled assessment project. As part of these projects, you will build your own electronic portfolio to showcase and submit the work you have done.
All of the units are internally assessed and externally moderated.
All units are graded and an overall grade for the qualification is awarded.
