Contact Centre Advanced Apprenticeship at Weston College

Course description

As an advanced apprentice you will learn the higher level of technical skills and knowledge required for operating communication technology, navigating software, problem solving, improving customer satisfaction, team leading, improving customer loyalty, gathering and analysing customer feedback, processing complaints and maintaining reliable customer service. You will cover a number of units which could include: manage own performance in a business environment and produce documents in a business environment.

Entry requirements

In order to do an advanced apprenticeship you must have an employer to support you. We have a number of vacancies available every week and are able to help you find an employer. In some cases you will be required to have completed the intermediate apprenticeship before you move onto the advanced level. You will also need a good level of english, math and IT.

Assessment

We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications.
