Entry requirements

Minimum of 5 A* - C at GCSE including English, Mathematics and Science. Pupils can enter the A Level course without experience of GCSE PE.

Future opportunities

You could take this course with other advanced level courses such as Science to prepare for higher education in areas of Sport Studies, Recreation, Exercise and Science or more general higher education courses. With further training you could go into a job related to Physical Education such as a Physiotherapist, Teacher, Exercise or Fitness Trainer. The course will also help you develop the skills, understanding and knowledge that many employers across lots of industries are looking for, especially in the sporting sectors.
