Advanced apprenticeship in: Professional cookery

Entry requirements

Achievement of the Chef Apprenticeship or Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cookery and, in accordance with Framework requirements, you will need a minimum of 1 year's Industry experience. You should have literacy and numeracy skills to Level 2 or above. All applicants for Advanced Apprenticeship training will be required to attend an interview and assessment.
