Retail Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 at PETROC

Course description

Retail covers a host of businesses from market stalls and independent shops to national chains and large superstores. From organising displays to learning the crucial aspects of management, the skills gained from this Apprenticeship are transferable to all retail companies.

Course content

An Apprentice could be assisting customers on the sales floor of a high street store or working behind the scenes in stock handling; ensuring products are received in the correct quantities and appropriately stored. This course can also be undertaken fully in the workplace through our Petroc Direct programme.

Entry requirements

4 GCSEs at Grade D or equivalent or above ideally to include Maths and English. You must be employed in order to start this programme. Enthusiasm for your subject and a willingness to work hard are essential.
