This programme will provide you with the essential leadership and management skills, to include providing leadership for a team, develop productive working relationships with colleagues, contribute to the control of resources, lead a team to improve customer service, maintain high standards of health and safety and ensure food safety practises are followed in the preparation of serving food and drink.
Level 2 Hospitality and catering qualification and/or experience within the industry, plus a successful interview.
Continual assessment through practical observation and assignment work.
