This course is designed to prepare you for a supervisory role in Front of House operations in hospitality and catering.
Level 2 service qualification or industrial experience.
Specific Entry Requirements:
Industrial experience and a Level 1 qualification in English.
Portfolio of evidence
New learners need to purchase uniform, equipment and a text book from the College suppliers, expected costs are approx £200.
Learners progressing from Level 2, expected costs are approx £50
Progressing learners will also be able to replace existing uniform and equipment.
Supervisory positions in Front of House operations in the hospitality and catering industry.
