Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship at Lambeth College

Course description

The Intermediate Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship is for those who enjoying working in a customer facing role and regularly dealing with members of the public. Your duties in most cases will be making sure that customers are dealt with in
a positive, reliable and pleasant way.
Please note: You must be employed and working a minimum of 30 hours a week in order to enrol on an apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

Entry age: 16+.

All candidates need to have attained employment, and be working for a minimum of 30 hours per week under a contract of employment.

There is a minimum literacy and numeracy requirement which will be assessed prior to enrolment.

An Employer Agreement is needed as this is a work-based qualification.

Your offer is also subject to a successful interview.

Entry Criteria:

Level 2 – 3 GCSE qualifications at grades E or above including English and Maths
