Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship in Food & Beverage Service at Henley College Coventry

Course description

You will be able to learn on the job and get paid while studying for your qualification. However, if you do not have a job then we will help you to find one.

You will be studying:

  • Maintaining a safe, hygienic and secure working environment
  • Contributing to effective teamwork
  • Giving customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation
  • Maintaining food safety when storing, holding and serving food

Plus a technical certificate and English and Maths.
Assessments take place in the work place and a portfolio of evidence of knowledge and competence in performing a range of tasks built up over a period of time
You can I progress on to the level 3 in Food and Beverage Service Apprenticeship

Entry requirements

Minimum GCSE Grade D in Maths and English or Level 1. Functional skills in Literacy and Numeracy, plus a positive school reference and a successful interview
