Course description

You must have a passion for sport and have an interest in developing your knowledge of the leisure industry.

As this course is assessed internally it is essential that your attendance is excellent.

Entry requirements

To Study A's Levels or Applied Learning courses at level 3 you must have gained a grade C or above in English and Maths and have a minimum of three other GCSE's at grade C or above

5 A* - C’s including English and Maths.

Future opportunities

You will have gained the skills and abilities necessary to work in the sports and fitness industry in one of the many diverse roles available. This could involve leisure centres, coaching or the voluntary sector.

Further study at degree level can lead to careers in Teaching, Coaching, Fitness Instruction, or Physiotherapy.
