Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Graphics at St Julie's Catholic High School

Course description

The purpose of this course is to educate and train pupils who may eventually wish to work in design. This course provides you with a nationally recognized Level 3 vocationally specific qualification.

Students will complete four mandatory and two specialist units during the two year course that relate to any aspects of the design industry. Also, the vocational element is linked to visits locally and abroad that include optional trips to Paris and London in support of your units of work.

The nature of this course allows you to experience graphic skills in a wide variety of media including; drawing, rendering, 3D work, CAD, textiles, typographical construction, packaging design and future opportunity to develop links with industry and successful design practitioners.

Entry requirements

At least four GCSEs at grade C or above
