Course description

This Apprenticeship is key if you want to work with the general public, like to resolve issues and can deliver information confidently. It will qualify your customer service skills and knowledge as well as prepare you for a career in customer service which could take any form such as in retail, the hospitality sector, contact centres and any industry with customers. It is so important for companies to recognise what good customer service is and that a customer service qualification will make you stand out from the crowd, because you have the knowledge and skills to deliver a great service to all types of customer.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements however prior completion of an intermediate level customer service qualification and a good level of English and maths are an advantage.
