Catering - Food Preparation & Cooking at The Rushden Community College
Students will work with a Chef from Tresham Institute.
Units will include a selection from: Health & Safety; effective teamwork; preparing and cooking fish; preparing and cooking eggs; preparing and cooking pasta; preparing and cooking rice; packaging food for delivery.
An interest in Catering and a reasonable level of key skills.
Practical assignments and coursework.
This course would need to be studied alongside other courses offered in the East Northamptonshire College.
