Customer Service Level 2 at Mercia College

Course description

Most customer service apprentices work in retail, financial services, call centres, hospitality, or sport and recreation. You will be making sure customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way. The course will greatly increase your communication skills with others and carry you forward into a potential career.
