Course description

GCSE English is an important foundation for many of the courses you may take in employment or further education. Most colleges and universities require at least a grade C in GCSE English as an entry requirement, as do many jobs and careers. At Holy Cross students will take the AQA GCSE examinations, with the first opportunity to succeed coming in November. It is also hoped that we will be able to accommodate tuition for students aiming to improve their GCSE grade from a grade C to a B (subject to demand).
