Level 2 Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery at Buckinghamshire UTC
This course is designed for people already working in the industry wishing to improve their skills and to gain a recognised qualification.
What Will I LearnYou will develop your food preparation skills within the workplace and in one of our training kitchens under the guidance of an experienced Chef Lecturer.

- Preparation and Cooking Fish
- Meat and Poultry Dishes
- Soups and Sauces
- Basic pasta and Pulse Dishes
You will have successfully completed a Level 1 NVQ in Professional Cookery or equivalent. You will also be required to attend an interview / discussion with the tutor prior to enrolment.
