Level 2 Apprenticeship in Professional Cookery at Buckinghamshire UTC

Course description

This course is designed for people already working in the industry wishing to improve their skills and to gain a recognised qualification.

What Will I Learn

You will develop your food preparation skills within the workplace and in one of our training kitchens under the guidance of an experienced Chef Lecturer.

Entry requirements

You will have successfully completed a Level 1 NVQ in Professional Cookery or equivalent. You will also be required to attend an interview / discussion with the tutor prior to enrolment.
