Course description

Yr 12 - Module 1 - Markets and Market Failure - Module 2 - The National Economy - Year 13 Module 3 - Business Economics Module 4 - National and International Economy.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs (A*-C) for entry into Sixth Form. Grade C or above in English Language and maths.


In Year 12 there are two exams with multiple choice and data response parts. Both exams are 1hr 15mins. One exam is taken in January and one in June. In Year 13, there are two exams both with data response and optional essay parts. Both exams are two hours in length and take place in January and June.
