Customer Service Intermediate Apprenticeship at NITAL
Customer Service Intermediate Apprenticeship. Usually undertaken by learner new to Customer Service job role. Programme will cover a number of fundamental elements required of an individual working in the position.
Candidate will undertake an NVQ in Customer Service, Technical Certificate in Customer Service, Functional Skill Maths, English and ICT, Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS) and Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR).
Ideally GCSE grade D and above (or equivalent) English, Mathematics and ICT.
You will be assessed through a protfolio of evidence, online tests, discussions and questioning.
Those individuals aged 16 to 18 will be eligible for full programme funding, those aged 19+ will be part-funded.
Progression to Advanced Apprenticeship should be available for the right candidate providing job role has developed sufficientl and all goals have been achieved.
