Bricklaying Level 1 Diploma at Tresham College of Further and Higher Education
You will develop your practical skills and knowledge through a range of units including handling and storing resources, preparing and using portable power tools, maintaining and using hand tools and basic practical skills in bricklaying.
A range of GCSEs at F or above including English and preferably maths or equivalent OR an entry level course with good evidence of ability to achieve at a higher level.
Coursework is assessed through a combination of practical workshop assessments, written assignments and end of unit exams.
You will need to purchase your own personal protective equipment for the course (PPE) approx. £30 and textbooks approx. £20.
Level 2 study programme in Bricklaying or General Construction Skills or an Apprenticeship programme.
