Level 3 HR Support and Consultant Advanced Apprenticeship at North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College
HR Professionals in this role are typically either working in a medium to large organisation as part of the HR function delivering front line support to managers and employees, or area HR Manager in a small organisation. Their work is likely to include handling day to day queries and providing HR advice; working on a range of HR processes, ranging from transactional to relatively complex, from recruitment through to retirement; using HR systems to keep records; providing relevant HR information to the business; working with the business on HR changes.
To progress onto a Level 3 Apprenticeship you will need to hold one of the following*:
- an Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship
- an alternative Level 2 qualification in a related subject area
- practical work experience in the related industry
- Up to five GCSEs grade A*-C – including English and Maths
In order to start an Apprenticeship, you will need to be employed or find an employer who is recruiting an Apprentice.
