Customer Service Level 1 at First Place Training

Course description

Customer Service level 1 qualification is a course aimed at  young people who are looking into a career that deals with the public on a day to day basis. This could be on the phone, face to face or over emails. The course will cover communication, following rules to deliver customer service, how to maintain a positive attitude and positve behaviour with customers, and how to deal with customer complaints.
