Entry requirements

Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade 5 ( C ) and above including English language and a science subject. A willingness to undertake some work experience in the Health and Social care sector is also a requirement.

Future opportunities

Possible progression routes – nursing, teaching, social care, professions allied to medicine such as physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, working with children. (Other A levels are taken alongside this qualification – in particular science and psychology for nursing.)
